"IGUAZU FALLS-BRAZIL "

A rainbow highlights the unmistakable profile of Devil's Throat, largest and most impressive set of cataracts in the Iguazu system. Truly deserving of Wonder of the World status, the falls stretch almost two miles across and include around 300 cataracts, depending on time of year and water level. They straddle the border of Brazil and Argentina. Both countries do an admirable job of maintaining the pristine feel of Iguazu while dealing with the tremendous influx of visitors. The same cannot be said of the United States and Niagara Falls which unfortunately has the feel of a gaudy theme park.
